Adelaide Friday

Went shopping in Adelaide. Didn't buy much (just a tie and polo shirt).

Got some rest in preparation for the evening VIP party at Ozcomiccon.

Great evening with all of the guests.

Went shopping in CBD.

Tuesday

Caught the train out to Melbourne Zoo. Great day seeing the animals.

I think some of the animals are observing the humans rather than the humans observing the animals.

Lovely gorilla Mother and Baby.

Wednesday

Went to the aquarium in the morning and then on to the immigration museum in the afternoon.

Both were quite interesting.

Supanova Melbourne Sunday

Went to the Georgina Haig and Sean Macguire (Once upon a time).

Then had lunch.

George Takei is a very great speaker.

Then Charisma Carpenter and James Masters (Buffy) had a standing room only talk.

Went to Q&A sessions with

• WETA Seminar demonstrating the application of Dwarf makeup from Lord of the Rings.
• Launch of the new version of Thunderbirds presented by Richard Taylor from WETA. 

The new thunderbirds series is being made by a bunch of fans of the original so they will probably do well at it.

Caught Train back to Melbourne. Walked back to the hotel from Southern Cross Station.

Changed to go to the evening VIP party.

Got a good nights sleep. I don't have to hurry as the first event this morning I want to go to is 11:00am.

Heading off to Supanova and Ozcommicon

Just waiting for my flight in Hobart Airport. Heading off to Supanova in Melbourne this weekend and then Ozcommicon in Adelaide the next weekend.

Just going to spend some time Melbourne shopping and sight seeing.

The last time I was in hobart airport they were still renovating the building.
